Job Overview

Java Team Lead role with 7-10 years of experience, offering remote employment in Hyderabad and Bangalore, with a focus on Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kubernetes, MySQL, Maven, and Redis.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Java development with a focus on Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Solid experience in Java development, Spring boot, RESTful API
• Proficiency in API development ,API Automation
• Experience in the creation and deployment of microservices a plus
• Knowledge of AWS,Docker container API Kubernetes, and Service Mesh
• Hands-on experience with Maven and Redis
• Backend knowledge, MYSQL
• Developing middle-tier business logic, architecture, and APIs using Java and Spring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Navigate complexities of APIs, implement robust security protocols, and maintain effective communication with UI/UX designers and project managers.
• The ability to use databases, proxies, APIs, version control systems, and third-party applications. 
• Provide insights on continuous improvement and add/remove functionality as per needs
• Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, approaches, and architectures in the development world

• Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions
• Create new, dynamic, front-end, and backend software products and apps that are dynamic and visually appealing. 
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery and maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team
• Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
