Requirement for – Scrum Master

1.     Experience: 4 relevant years of at least total 6-8 years exp

·        Skills: CSM or PSM1 certification with B.E/B.Tech /Masters in computer

·        Good to have: worked in the travel industry

2.     Mode of work: Permanent Work from HOME (for Pune location)

3.     Notice Period: Immediate joiner or within 30 days - highly preferred

We are looking for Scrum master who is self-motivated, highly organized, result oriented team player. He/she seeks to understand team dynamics, is passionate to develop productive teams.

As a Scrum Master, you will design and implement a strategy for product teams in a product line to continuously improve their use of our Agile practices. Help teams inspect, adapt, deliver and mature. You will leverage your agile/lean mindset and coaching expertise to facilitate the process for adoption of agile & DevOps practices.

Desired Profile

·        Requires 8+ years of overall in the IT industry

·        Must have 4+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master on the team

·        Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1)

·        Must possess a deep understanding and application experience in Scrum & other Agile frameworks

·        Must have demonstrated strong communication skills with global teams with an ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats

·        Demonstrated strong facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption/improvement of agile practices

·        Demonstrated experience in managing in understanding team dynamics and resolving issues

·        Must possess excellent situational awareness and an ability to remain calm under pressure

·        Knowledge and experience of using agile management tools (Ex: Jira, Confluence)

·        Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing across time zones

·        Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels in the organization Preferred
