  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Coordinate with vendors for photography equipment and services
  • Oversee logistics for photography setups during events
  • Lead and guide a team of photography staff
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise
