Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative for our Hyderabad location. This full-time, mid-level position requires an individual who is passionate about sales and photography. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering client relationships and driving sales to support our growing business.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of photography, including techniques and equipment (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and grow client bases (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and negotiate with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Thorough understanding of our product offerings to provide detailed insights to prospects.
- Ability to network and build relationships within the event services industry.
- Efficient time management skills to handle multiple client interactions and deadlines effectively.
Roles:
Client Acquisition
- Identify and reach out to potential clients for photography services.
- Build a network of corporate, social, and individual clients.
Relationship Management
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Promote additional photography services to maximize revenue.
Brand Representation
- Act as the face of the company to showcase its value and expertise in photography.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach
- Research potential clients and generate leads through online platforms, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Maintain a database of prospects and track communication progress.
Client Consultation
- Understand the client’s needs (e.g., wedding photography, corporate events, product shoots) and offer tailored solutions.
- Present the company’s portfolio, packages, and past work to highlight strengths.
Proposal and Quotation Management
- Create customized proposals and competitive pricing for clients.
- Handle negotiations and finalize agreements/contracts.
Cross-Selling and Upselling
- Suggest additional services such as videography, photo albums, drone photography, or post-production editing to enhance client packages.
- Encourage clients to book premium packages or add-ons.
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Communicate client requirements clearly to the photography, editing, and production teams.
- Ensure the team delivers the promised services on time and meets quality expectations.
Event Attendance and Support
- Be present at client meetings, site visits, or events when necessary to oversee execution.
- Address client concerns or last-minute changes promptly.
Post-Sale Follow-Up
- Collect feedback from clients after project completion.
- Use feedback to improve services and foster long-term relationships.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on photography industry trends and competitor services.
- Use insights to refine sales pitches and identify market gaps.
Promotions and Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract new clients.
- Leverage social media platforms and events to promote services.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets.
- Analyze sales performance to identify strengths and areas of improvement.
