Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This full-time position focuses on driving sales and building strong client relationships within the events industry. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to successfully close deals and maintain profitable customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and grow client accounts effectively.
  • Strong understanding of event planning processes and requirements to offer comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and influence client decisions effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust professional network within the industry.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Roles:

Client Acquisition

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients.
  • Converting leads into confirmed event bookings.

Business Development

  • Expanding the company’s client base by exploring new markets and opportunities.
  • Networking to establish partnerships with vendors and stakeholders.

Revenue Generation

  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Promoting upselling and cross-selling of services.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Outreach

  • Research and identify prospective clients through various channels like referrals, online research, networking events, and cold calls.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and actively follow up on leads.

Client Meetings and Presentations

  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their event requirements.
  • Present customized proposals and solutions tailored to their needs.

Proposal and Contract Management

  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts based on client discussions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure deals.

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Act as a bridge between clients and the event management team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide clear, detailed briefs to production, creative, and operations teams.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Suggest innovative ideas and strategies to attract clients.

Sales Strategy Implementation

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.

On-Site Client Support

  • Attend events to ensure the client’s needs are met during execution.
  • Provide support and address any last-minute client requests or concerns.

Post-Event Feedback and Follow-Up

  • Gather client feedback after events to evaluate performance and satisfaction.
  • Maintain post-event communication to foster long-term relationships.

Report Generation

  • Prepare regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Analyze data to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
