- 3+ years of specialized experience in IT Recruitment
- A seasoned recruiter with excellent interviewing skills and must be quick in identifying relevant profiles from the list of applicants
- Excellent proficiency in using Job boards (Naukri, Monster & others), Social Networking sites like LinkedIn, etc
- Must have worked with and placed almost all Technology consultants such as Java, .Net, Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, React, Angular, PHP, Wordpress, Laravel, Python, Oracle, PL/SQL, Big Data, Sitecore, Quality Assurance, Business Analysts, Project Managers, etc.,
- Should be smart to identify suitable candidates via other channels like employee referral, internal database, etc and should also have a good understanding about our business competitors
- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies under pressure
- Should be good in employer branding by being the face of the company
- Should take care of end to end recruitment and must give attention to details while verifying the selected candidates’ employment documents before onboarding
- Maintaining trackers with the candidate database to present it to the Hiring Managers and the Account Managers on regular basis
