Job Overview

IDC India is seeking a Video Editor Intern for a full-time position located in New Delhi. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with up to 1 year of work experience who are passionate about video editing and storytelling. As a Video Editor Intern, you will play a critical role in creating engaging visual content that aligns with our mission of nurturing innovation and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong creative storytelling abilities to convey complex ideas through visual content effectively.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure video content meets high-quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.
• Understanding of visual aesthetics and the ability to create visually appealing content.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
• Basic knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality video content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand project goals and create relevant video content.
• Ensure all videos comply with the company's visual and brand guidelines.
• Review and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from team members.
• Assist in the planning and execution of video projects from concept to completion.
• Manage and organize video assets and archival footage for easy access and future use.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new video editing technologies and techniques.
• Assist in other tasks related to video production as needed.
