IDC India is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment of interns, employees, and campus ambassadors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management within a fast-paced and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify staffing needs for different projects, including IDC India’s e-learning, incubation, and innovation lab initiatives.
  • Help manage the recruitment of interns, campus ambassadors, and trainees across multiple locations in India.
  • Coordinate with educational institutions for campus recruitment drives and internship programs.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in onboarding new interns and employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Help plan and execute recruitment campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure compliance with company policies during the hiring process.
  • Support employee branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including scheduling interviews and handling correspondence with candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
