IDC India is seeking talented Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in developing engaging and effective curriculum and content for our innovative Ed-Tech platform.

In this role, you will:

• Curriculum Development:
• Collaborate with instructional designers and other SMEs to design comprehensive and age-appropriate learning modules in your area of expertise (Physics, Chemistry, Math, Computer Science, or English).
• Assist in creating clear learning objectives, outlining lesson plans, and developing engaging activities and assessments.
• Research and propose innovative teaching methods to make complex concepts understandable for various age groups.
• Content Creation (PPT & Video Lectures):
• Develop high-quality educational content that adheres to curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Create clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations (PPTs) for various learning modules.
• Work with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to create engaging video lectures. This might involve scripting, storyboarding, or providing voice-over narration.
• Ensure all content is factually accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to best practices in online learning.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in your subject area and pedagogical approaches.
• Provide feedback on existing curriculum and content to ensure continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions, contributing ideas and expertise.
• May be assigned additional tasks related to curriculum and content development as needed.

You are a perfect fit for this role if you have:

• A Masters in your designated subject area (Physics, Chemistry, Math, Computer Science, or English).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching your subject area, preferably in a secondary or higher education setting.
• A passion for education and a desire to create innovative learning experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in creating presentations (PPT) is a plus.
• Experience working with multimedia tools (optional).
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment to creating high-quality educational content.
