Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and talented Graphic Designer Intern for a Full-Time, Internship position based in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience in graphic design. As a junior-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to expand their design skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A solid understanding of Graphic Design Principles to create visually appealing and effective designs.
• Strong knowledge of Color Theory to ensure harmonious and impactful color palettes in designs.
• Effective Visual Communication skills to convey messages and information clearly and aesthetically.
• Experience in Digital Illustration, creating custom artwork to enhance design projects.
• Expertise in Layout Design to structure content in a manner that is easy to read and visually engaging.
• High Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy and quality in design work.
• Video Editing (Mandatory skill) to create and enhance video content for various platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling graphics for various media platforms.
• Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts for marketing and promotional materials.
• Design digital illustrations and animations to enhance the storytelling of our projects.
• Engage in regular brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Edit and produce video content that supports promotional and educational goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
