Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer Intern to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, internship position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience at the junior level. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles and a passion for visual communication. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our innovation and entrepreneurship development team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in video editing (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, including composition, balance, and hierarchy.
• Knowledge of color theory and its applications in design.
• Excellent visual communication skills to convey messages effectively through design.
• Experience with digital illustration and the ability to create original graphics.
• Strong skills in layout design for various media including print and digital.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the innovation team to create engaging and visually appealing designs for various projects.
• Assist in the production and editing of video content for marketing and educational purposes.
• Develop digital illustrations and graphics to support start-up initiatives and entrepreneurial programs.
• Design layouts for promotional materials, reports, and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in all visual assets produced.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
• Support the team in various design-related tasks as needed.
