Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This Junior-level, Full-Time position is designed for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales capabilities and be driven by the prospect of contributing to our mission of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
Qualifications and Skills
- Compulsorily MBA
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales.
- Proven sales experience (Mandatory skill).
- Strong market research skills to identify and analyze potential market opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms and agreements.
- Proficiency in relationship building to maintain and expand client and partner networks.
- Effective strategic planning abilities to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas effectively.
- Expertise in lead generation to identify and qualify new business prospects.
- Experience in customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve targets.
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.
