Job Overview

As an Application Development Intern at IDC India, you will be working from our headquarters in New Delhi. This is a full-time internship position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. You will primarily be focusing on software and mobile development projects, contributing to our innovation and entrepreneurship development programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within the IT System Training and Support industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in software development (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in mobile development (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of various programming languages including but not limited to Java, Python, or C++.
• Skills in database management and the ability to design, maintain, and optimize database systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and rectify software and system-related issues.
• Competence in debugging to ensure error-free code and software performance.
• Experience with web development technologies and frameworks like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for efficient project management and timely delivery of software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
• Work closely with senior developers and team leads to understand project requirements and translating them into functional code.
• Engage in mobile development projects to create scalable and high-performing mobile applications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and implement best practices.
• Contribute to the maintenance of existing applications by diagnosing and fixing bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and engineering requirements into software solutions.
• Employ problem-solving techniques to address and resolve development issues promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
