Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented Application Developer Intern to join our dynamic team at IDC India. This internship position is located in New Delhi and is ideal for junior-level candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. As an Application Developer Intern, you will play a pivotal role in developing, testing, and deploying mobile and web applications that support our innovative programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in programming (Mandatory skill) with a strong understanding of coding principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Experience in mobile development (Mandatory skill), including working on Android or iOS platforms.
• Solid knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycles, ensuring high-quality code through best practices.
• Familiarity with database management, including the ability to design, implement, and maintain database systems effectively.
• Effective debugging skills to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and efficient application performance.
• Experience with React Native (Mandatory Skill), providing the ability to develop cross-platform mobile applications efficiently.
• Proficiency in TypeScript (Mandatory Skill), enabling the development of scalable and maintainable applications with a focus on readability and type safety.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of mobile and web applications, ensuring they meet functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, contributing to the design and development process.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to enhance the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal application performance.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure applications are reliable, efficient, and free of defects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advances in technology, incorporating best practices into development processes.
• Contribute to the documentation of systems and processes, ensuring clarity and consistency for future development efforts.
