We are looking for ZOHO Expert with experience of at least 2 to 3 years.

· Ability to understand the requirements and implement accordingly

· Must have sound knowledge in ZOHO Creator experience

· Custom and complex app and reports management

· Expert in Zoho suite of applications with specific emphasis on CRM, CRM Plus, Creator and the Zoho marketing suite.

· Collect and analyze business requirements.

· Consult the business on the use and opportunities of the Zoho platform.

· Optimize Zoho CRM and implement Marketing Hub to bring the sales and marketing performance to the next level.

· Implement new Zoho apps to improve business performance.

· Design, develop and maintain custom Zoho functions and workflows.

• Train and guide team members to ensure maximum usage across the business.
• Maximize the insights and analytics output of the platform
• Optimize usability of the platform.
• Work with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues.

Skills Required

• A good understanding of the ZOHO CRM, Zoho Inventory, Pabby connect, Setup Zoho Inventory
• Ability to customize and administer Zoho modules such as Projects, People, Recruit, CRM & Analytics to meet business requirements and improve the business.
• Provide the required support to end users in troubleshooting, day-to-day questions & technical concerns. Understand the scope of work and work with the leadership team to convert their ideas quickly to workflow and execute the work.
• API integration with internal Zoho apps integration with Zoho creator. Analyze the current solution, working with the business to identify and develop areas of improvement.
