Primary Skills :

Sr. Application Support Engineer

• Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management is a must.

• More than 4 – 7 years of hands-on experience of any Warehouse Management Application is a must.

• Ability to manage multiple warehouses and multiple teams in different countries.

• Ability to deliver tasks, activities and projects within agreed timelines.

• Ability to monitor and resolve service tickets within agreed SLAs.

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus.

  Have experience in Cloud experience

• Have good communication skill.

• Ability to guide, coach, mentor and motivate team members

   Educational Qualifications : Any Graduate

   Budget: 6 – 6.5 LPA

   Notice Period: Immediate

   Passport mandatory; Willingness to travel abroad only in case there is a need
