IT Recruiter – UK

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various domains. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure the best talent is identified and hired.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate IT candidates using various recruitment methods (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates.
• Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
• Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate information.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and recruitment regulations.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, ideally within the UK market.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with UK employment laws related to recruitment and hiring.
• Any Graduation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an agency or in-house IT recruitment.
• Experience hiring for contract, permanent, and remote IT roles.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
