We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Analyst for a junior-level position at IC Data's Hyderabad office. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment and talent acquisition processes, contributing to the company's mission of efficient and cost-effective workforce management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI is essential for analyzing complex datasets and generating actionable insights (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with HRIS systems to manage employee data efficiently and ensure seamless human resources operations.
• Capability to use Tableau for creating interactive and impactful data visualizations catering to leadership needs.
• Strong dashboard development skills, enabling comprehensive reporting and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Understanding of client management with focus on US and UK clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
