Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Analyst for a junior-level position at IC Data's Hyderabad office. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Power BI is essential for analyzing complex datasets and generating actionable insights (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with HRIS systems to manage employee data efficiently and ensure seamless human resources operations.
- Capability to use Tableau for creating interactive and impactful data visualizations catering to leadership needs.
- Strong dashboard development skills, enabling comprehensive reporting and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Understanding of client management with focus on US and UK clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate clear and effective dialogue between stakeholders and HR teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data to drive solutions and strategic human resources initiatives.
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques to clearly and effectively communicate data findings to decision-makers.
Roles and Responsibilities
