- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role within a premium clothing retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Ensure the showroom maintains a pristine and inviting environment, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- Driving sales and maintaining customer in- store experience with high standards will be a key part of the job.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure staff is well-informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
- Create and execute visual merchandising displays to showcase products in an appealing and organized manner.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. ( High ticket cu, offer tea/ coffee)
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Must be a graduate with minimum 1 year experience in the stock market.
Must have the ability to work individually and as a group.
Should be self driven and target oriented.
Skills required:
Should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in Indian Stock Marketing is Mandatory.
