We are hiring Mechanical Design Engineer for a Tier 1 Company @ Bangalore Location
Looking for candidates having experience in CNC Machines/Complete machine designing from a Manufacturing Company
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Design of Machines, preferably in Machine Tool Industry
Position: Mechanical Engineer - E4
Job Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Full time - WFO
Notice Period: Immediate to 60Days
Qualifications: BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Role purpose:
Responsible for design and development of Mechanical systems required for CNC Turning Centers and Turn-mill
Centers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carryout Design and Development activities
- Design calculation & output preparations
- Making manufacturing drawings and 3D models using Creo
- Making assembly drawings
- Implementation of standardization activities
- SAP activities related to the Design activities
- Carrying out ECR activities
- Creating Hydraulic and Pneumatic Circuits
- Subsystem Component selection
- Resolving the product and assembly related issues and supporting to service team
- CIP, Suggestion and improvement activities
- Implementation and sustenance of ISO standards
