What you will do:

·        Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.

·        Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

·        Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

·        Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

Key Requirements:

·        Proven Inside Sales Manager with 10 - 13 years of strong experience.

·        3+ years of IT Sales Manager experience in IT sales process.

·        Must have 3+ Years of experience in selling IT Services such as Software Development, Web and Mobile App Development, Ecommerce Development, etc.

·        Must have a deep knowledge of various CRM and other tools used in Sales.

·        Must have Fluent English (Verbal & Written) communication skills to ensure direct conversation with US, UK, and other country’s clients.

·        Good understanding of Vendor Management, Implementation of Sales Revenue Generating ideas, and Handling Social Media Platforms.

·        Very Good in Business Development and managing Clients Account in varied Categories

·        Seller Support Account Management and Client Relationship Management.

·        Track record of over-achieving quota.

·        Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
