Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Java Team Lead to join our team in Noida. This full-time, senior-level position is critical to spearheading our projects focused on deep tech skill development. The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in Java technologies and possess strong leadership capabilities, contributing to the successful execution of our education transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in Java programming with the ability to write clean and efficient code (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in using Spring Boot for building microservices and web applications (Mandatory skill).
• Strong experience with Postgres databases for ensuring efficient data management and operations (Mandatory skill).
• Effective team management skills to guide and lead a team of developers towards achieving project goals.
• Ability to plan and execute project timelines with a strategic approach for timely delivery.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.
• Proven track record of providing technical leadership and making informed decisions in software development.
• Advanced knowledge in Java technology stacks with an ability to solve complex coding problems.
