Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Python and Selenium to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Design and develop automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.

2.Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand application functionality and testing requirements.

3.Execute and maintain automated regression, integration, and functional test suites.

4.Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.

5.Optimize existing test frameworks and develop reusable components for automation testing.

6.Ensure test coverage by creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test data.

7.Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

8.Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

1.8+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation.

2.Proficiency in Python programming language.

3.Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver for test automation.

4.Good understanding of test frameworks like Pytest or unittest.

5.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.

6.Knowledge of REST API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.

7.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

8.Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

9.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

1.Experience with mobile application testing (Appium is a plus).

2.Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.

3.Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Behave.

4.Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
