Job Overview

iAgami Technologies is seeking a Cyara Automation Tester for a full-time, mid-level position located in Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune Division, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida, or Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. As a Cyara Automation Tester, you will be responsible for utilizing the Cyara platform, test automation frameworks, and industry-standard tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with the Cyara platform and automation testing (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in utilizing test automation frameworks (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of Selenium for automated browser testing.
• Competency in programming languages such as Java and Python.
• Experience in API testing, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Working knowledge of contact center technologies for comprehensive test coverage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving issues during testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and scripts using the Cyara platform to ensure software quality.
• Automate test cases and identify areas for process improvement within the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and integrate feedback into the testing process.
• Analyze testing results, identify defects, and assist in troubleshooting and resolution activities.
• Maintain and update testing documentation, including test cases and automation scripts.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, issues, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in automation testing and apply relevant knowledge.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
