Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Client in Bangalore Urban. This mid-level, full-time position focuses on developing recruitment strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, and enhancing our hiring efforts with a focus on IT recruitment and team handling.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in creating and implementing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends
  • Extensive experience in IT recruitment, with the ability to identify top technical talent efficiently
  • Strong team handling skills, including motivating and guiding a team of recruiters to achieve their targets
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process
  • In-depth knowledge of market mapping techniques to identify and attract the best talent from various backgrounds and industries
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments, particularly in IT
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding
  • Supervise and guide a team of recruiters, setting clear targets and ensuring they are met
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with suitable candidates
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, job fairs, and online platforms
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process by incorporating feedback and staying abreast of industry best practices
