Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Client in Bangalore Urban. This mid-level, full-time position focuses on developing recruitment strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, and enhancing our hiring efforts with a focus on IT recruitment and team handling.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in creating and implementing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends
- Extensive experience in IT recruitment, with the ability to identify top technical talent efficiently
- Strong team handling skills, including motivating and guiding a team of recruiters to achieve their targets
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process
- In-depth knowledge of market mapping techniques to identify and attract the best talent from various backgrounds and industries
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments, particularly in IT
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding
- Supervise and guide a team of recruiters, setting clear targets and ensuring they are met
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with suitable candidates
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, job fairs, and online platforms
- Continuously improve the recruitment process by incorporating feedback and staying abreast of industry best practices
