Profile Summary
As a Store Administrator, you will oversee and manage all store operations with full authority, ensuring compliance with store management guidelines and policies.
Job Description
· Oversee all aspects of store operations, providing regular reports to management as needed.
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the store, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
· Direct customers to the appropriate Design & Project Advisor based on their needs. Ensure that each customer is attended to with the highest level of care and attention.
· Maintain a clean and organized store environment, with special attention to visual merchandising.
· Manage the pantry and ensure that HNI/UHNI clients receive personalized attention.
· Coordinate with store staff to ensure that clients are greeted at the parking area, helping eliminate any confusion about parking or store location.
Skill Set
· Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing store operations from end to end.
· Proven experience in handling HNI and UHNI clients with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
· Skilled in addressing and resolving employee grievances and managing client escalations effectively.
Education
Any Graduate

· Excellent communication skills with a well-groomed and pleasant demeanour.
· Strong sense of honesty and integrity, with a commitment to high work ethics.
· Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
