Position Summary :

We have a position open for the Pricing team within finance. Looking at someone who has done deal pricing for IT services companies.

About the Job:

Business and Technical skills (Mandatory): 

Finance background and preferably an MBA in Finance (ICWA/CA also fine) with 11+ years of experience in finance and minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Services pricing.

Good Communication skill, inter personal skills and should be independently able to communicate with Senior leadership team.

Should be expert in P&L, forecasting, utilization, able to perform financial analysis, Deal Profitability, Costing Analysis & Financial Modelling.

Should have a good understanding on Revenue recognition, Invoicing, accounting, reporting and monitoring, and the ability to identify risk areas.

Should be expert in handling Client Contracts, take appropriate positions, identify risk areas and propose mitigation mechanism.

Business and Technical skills (Preferred): 

Good understanding and working knowledge in Excel/Word/PPT

Exposure to IT service industry and understanding of projects/ services principles is desirable.

Responsibilities : 

The candidate would be working as Sr Manager in Bangalore.

The main responsibilities include:

· Services Deal pricing working closely with sales, solution and bid management team.

· Contract review and contract change management working closely with legal team.

· Handle end to end of commercial construct along with contract closure.

· Getting involved in New Initiatives of the commercial team
