What You’ll Do:
● Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and
campaigns—your job is to find and qualify new opportunitie
● Generate a high volume of leads and consistently meet or exceed key
performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, email outreach, and
meetings booked.
● Work closely with the Sales Manager to book meetings and keep the sales
pipeline full of exciting prospects.
● Be the first point of contact for potential customers, understanding their nee
and explaining how VergeCloud can solve their challenges.
● Maintain accurate lead data in our CRM system (Zoho CRM), ensuring seamless
handoffs to the sales team.
● Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads from campaigns and events,
turning interest into action.
● Leverage outreach automation tools like SalesLoft, Outreach.io, and lead
generation platforms to streamline prospecting and engagement efforts.
What You Bring:
● 2-5 years of experience as an SDR, with a track record of high-volume lead
generation.
● Adept at using new age tools for lead generation to drive email drips, outreach
automation etc and prospect data curation.
● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and growth, adaptable to a
fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficient
● Excellent communication skills—you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to
people!
● Tech-savvy with an interest in cloud solutions and cutting-edge technologies.
