Position: Sales Manager, India
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and track sales leads, convert sales opportunities, negotiate business deals, finalize contracts, manage order delivery, and provide after-sales support in the region. Oversee CRM system management and maintain strong relationships with regional customers.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue and payment collection targets. Manage regional receivables and follow up on overdue accounts while implementing effective risk management strategies.
3. Formulate, implement, and review regional sales plans on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Regularly report on business progress and recommend improvements.
4. Identify and develop new markets and customers in India, including dealers and lessors, while maintaining relationships with existing customers to enhance market share.
5. Drive brand building initiatives by organizing and executing advertising campaigns, exhibitions, promotions, customer appreciation events, and new product launches to elevate the brand & presence and reputation in the regional market.
6. Ensure compliance with HQ policies and maintain responsiveness to global directives. Establish a periodic reporting mechanism to update headquarters on competitive insights and new opportunities.
7. Monitor regional market developments and competitive strategies, including market positioning and pricing policies, and report findings in line with company requirements.
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
