Role: Sales Enablement Specialist for Real Estate Company

Experience: 1-3 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to maximise their effectiveness and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Calling Hot Leads: Engage with hot leads promptly to discuss their requirements and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Lead Qualification: Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Sales Tools and Resources: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales process.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing, acquisitions and product teams to create relevant and impactful content that aligns with sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure the sales team is meeting objectives.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously refine and improve enablement programs and tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, acquisitions, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and customer insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in real estate or technology.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging training materials and programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales enablement tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva.
