We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Development Representative for a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of work experience, with proficiency in cold calling and lead qualification being mandatory.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability in cold calling to generate leads and engage potential clients (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in qualifying leads to ensure alignment with company objectives (Mandatory skill).
- Effective sales pitch skills to communicate service offerings and value propositions.
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking and managing customer interactions and sales data.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline from lead capture to deal closure efficiently.
- Familiarity with executing and analyzing sales campaigns for improved outreach.
- Experience in prospecting for leads within assigned territories and market segments.
- Strong skills in lead generation strategies to build robust sales funnels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Develop and execute strategies for qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine pitches and align strategies for target markets.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor and manage sales activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Should have worked with verticals like Healthcare, Insurance, BFSI, NBFC and Fintech
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of our solutions to assist prospects in understanding their value and applications.
- Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and provide feedback for continuous process improvement.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products.
