Key Responsibilities:

1. To lead and deliver client engagements and projects by leveraging on Right’s expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative manner, understanding stated and unstated client expectations and ensuring quality of output. To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources and periodic project reviews.

2. To manage clients independently, and preparing winning business proposals for prospective clients after understanding the project context, carrying out research, and taking necessary inputs from senior stakeholders.

3. To ensure adherence to internal process compliances, and supporting with the enhancement of existing products and services.


Prerequisites and Key Competencies:

 Prior Work Experience in HR/ OD/Talent Management/Learning and Development

 Ensuring Quality of Work and demonstrating Standards of Excellence
