Job Description

• Need to establish factory operations from the ground up.
• Create and execute all required SOPs.
• Run factory efficiently by implementing and adhering to the process.
• Manage daily factory operations, ensuring smooth production flow.
• Oversee quality control to maintain product standards.
• Implement cost-effective and efficient manufacturing practices.
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the factory workforce.
• Regularly report to management on factory performance, production targets, and key operational metrics.

Skill Set

• 5-15 years of experience
• Strong ability to lead and manage teams, fostering productivity and collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of home soft textile manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Proficient in overseeing production, ensuring efficiency, and meeting targets.
• Ensures product quality and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Skilled in lean manufacturing and process improvement to enhance productivity.
• Quick decision-making and troubleshooting skills to resolve operational challenges.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and aligning operations with financial goals.
• Effective in reporting to management and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Graduate from Premier Design/ Textile institute
