Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to bridge the gap between

technology and business, ensuring clients understand and embrace the value of our cutting-edge

solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with

exceptional client engagement skills to drive success.


What You’ll Do:

Individual Contributor (IC) Responsibilities:

● Client Engagement: Partner with the sales team to identify potential clients, analyze

their business challenges, and align our solutions with their goals.

● Solution Execution: Implement tailored cloud and edge computing architectures that

address scalability, performance, and security requirements.

● Technical Presentations: Deliver impactful product demos, technical presentations, and

workshops that demonstrate value.

● Proposal Development: Collaborate on RFPs and proposals, clearly communicating the

technical and business advantages of our solutions.

● Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead PoC initiatives to validate solutions and gain client

confidence.

● Post-Sales Collaboration: Ensure successful implementation by working closely with

delivery teams and providing ongoing technical support to clients for seamless adoption.

Other Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement pre-sales processes and best practices to streamline client

engagements.

● Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to align technical

solutions with market demands and strategic goals.

● Conduct training sessions for the sales team, enhancing their technical knowledge to

improve client interactions.

● Ensure seamless hand-offs between pre-sales and implementation teams, guaranteeing

excellent customer experiences.


What You Bring:

● Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

Masters degree preferred.

● 6+ years of experience in a pre-sales role, cloud computing, or a related field such as IT

consulting or technical sales.

● Highly desirable- expertise in Networking, CDN, and/or Edge Computing.

● Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (Cloudflare, AWS, Azure, GCP) with relevant

certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect,

Akamai certifications) highly desirable.

● Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

● Familiarity with cloud service providers (Cloudflare, AWS, Azure, GCP) and their

respective offerings.

● Knowledge of related technologies such as networking, databases, security, and the cloud

infrastructure landscape.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex

technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

● Customer-focused mindset with a talent for relationship building.

● Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to deliver client-centric solutions.
