Role Overview:
At our organization, digital marketing is an important part of our customer acquisition strategy. We are looking for a Performance Marketing specialist to drive lead generation and maximize ROI through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to attract both buyers and sellers in the resale real estate market. You will oversee budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and landing page optimization, ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven and continuously improving.
You will also play a key role in SEO initiatives to improve visibility and organic reach, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & Execute Paid Campaigns: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms for lead generation.
- Optimize Performance & Budget Allocation: Track key metrics like CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and Conversion Rates, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting: Use Custom & Lookalike Audiences to reach the right buyers and sellers and maximize lead conversion.
- Landing Page & Ad Optimization: Continuously improve ad creatives, messaging, and real estate-specific landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Tracking, Analytics & SEO: Implement tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Pixels to analyze campaign performance. Oversee basic SEO initiatives to boost organic visibility.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Test and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to ensure constant improvement in performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in real estate or lead generation industries.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data, track performance trends, and extract actionable insights for optimization.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Pixels), attribution models, and a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Growth Mindset: A problem-solver with a strategic and growth-oriented approach, capable of adapting campaigns based on performance insights and market changes.
