About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for acquisition and activation of Soundbox and QR devices’ merchants

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Soundboxes and QR devices acquisition and

optimize activation

· Responsible for transaction growth of merchants - both with and without devices

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve frequency and AOV of transactions

· Own campaigns from end to end - manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative,

measurement and reporting

· Monitor and report on performance of these campaigns against agreed KPIs

· Work closely with product team and define and execute requirements for improving conversion

flows and new acquisition programs for merchants on paytm for business app

· Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and A/B testing as well as qualitative

research and customer insights

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of post MBA experience across growth/revenue/marketing at digital consumer

businesses

· Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

· Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools - Appsflyer, Clevertap, Mixpanel

· Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements

· Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
