Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead UI Developer for a full-time position at i4 Consulting. This role is pivotal in driving the user interface development across our platforms. You will be working from one of our locations in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Pune. Candidates are expected to bring a wealth of experience, up to a maximum of 10 years, in UI development to drive innovative user experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in ReactJS and React (Mandatory skill), displaying deep understanding and practical implementation.
• Proficiency in HTML is essential for crafting well-structured and semantic web components.
• Expertise in CSS is required to manage styling, layout, and responsive design effectively.
• Strong grasp of JavaScript to create dynamic and interactive user experiences.
• Experience with React Native is beneficial for developing cross-platform mobile applications.
• Capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design and functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex UI challenges and innovate solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading UI projects and mentoring junior developers towards achieving project goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead UI development by designing and implementing user-centric interfaces across platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate UX visions into functional UI components.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering an environment for learning and skill advancement.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging UI technologies and integrate them into processes to enhance product offerings.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and contribute to continuous improvement of agile processes.
