Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated KAM Enterprise Mid Market professional to join our team at i4 Consulting. The position is full-time and mid-level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience. The successful candidate will be based in one of our locations in Hyderabad, Indore, Surat, Bhopal, Rajpur, Nagpur, or Jaipur. As a KAM Enterprise Mid Market specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business development efforts.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in business development with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Must excel at account management, managing client accounts proactively to maximize commercial performance.
  • B2B sales expertise, experienced in navigating complex sales cycles and closing enterprise deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills for striking favorable deals and fostering strong business partnerships.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, adept at maintaining long-term client engagement.
  • Proficiency in key account management, driving customer retention and loyalty through superior service.
  • Ability to analyze and apply insights from data to influence business decisions and account strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate company offerings and value to clients and stakeholders.
  • Business Developement (Mandatory skill).


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for key accounts aimed at maximizing long-term value.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise mid-market segment.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client growth strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously identify new development opportunities.
  • Drive contract negotiations and assist with pricing strategies to secure beneficial agreements for the company.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the client and internal teams to optimize service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and escalate issues as needed to senior management.
