About the Job:

This role will be responsible for managing TA operations, compliance and transformation globally. You will be a key leader in Talent Acquisition group and report to the Global Head of Recruitment. You will play a critical role in optimizing and advancing our talent acquisition technologies and processes. This role focuses on the implementation, adoption, and troubleshooting of talent acquisition platforms, training team members, ensuring compliance, supporting data-driven decision-making, and aligning recruitment processes with system capabilities.


Position Summary

The role will be responsible for managing recruitment platform, process governance, front ending audits, formulating new processes and policies and evaluating new tool & technologies in recruitment. You will be required to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the overall backend process and recruitment platform for TA team.

 Your team will be responsible to provide all the required support to TA team doing the on-ground recruitment.

 Formulating new processes to optimize the operations.

 Defining new policies that we will help streamline recruitment process without compromising on compliance.

 Looking for new tools and technologies in recruitment to improve the productivity of recruitment team and improve the quality of hires.

 Front-ending the internal and external audits.

 Managing vendor support systems.

 Analyze and report on the talent acquisition metrics and trends and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, recruitment geo leads, regional HR heads, HR operations, legal, CRO team and vendors.

 Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build relationships with key collaborators at all organizational levels.

 Participating in external events and forums.

 Keeping abreast of the latest trends, best practices and innovations in the recruitment domain.


Skills and competencies

 Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing teams.

 Strong knowledge of the market trends, best practices, and legal compliance in talent acquisition.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.

 Proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise training and process documentation.

 Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technology-related issues and providing strategic input on system enhancements.

 Demonstrated expertise in implementing and driving adoption of talent acquisition technologies such as Ripple Hires, Success Factors, Taleo, Workday, etc


Qualifications

• Master’s /bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 15 years of experience with at least 8 years of experience in managing TA Operations, compliance and transformation.
