Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Technology CTO to join our client's team in Delhi This senior-level position requires a minimum of 7 years of work experience in the relevant field. As the Head of Technology CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to directly influence the technological direction and success of the startup.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • In-depth technical expertise in various platforms and technologies relevant to our industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • B2B exposure
  • Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience with B2B startups is highly desirable.
