Qualifications and Skills

  • CRM Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Loyalty Programs (Mandatory skill): Successful track record in designing and managing loyalty programs that improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to drive online presence and engagement.
