Profile Summary

As a design and project advisor head you will be responsible to understand project/client's requirement, advising them the perfect design and material and continuously striving to grow the business

• Build/Lead/Mentor a Team, which is the primary point of contact to understand and assess client requirements and deliver as per the requirements
• Present design ideas and solutions tailored to client needs, aiming to secure deals and contracts.
• Provide prompt responses to client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Build strong client relationships by ensuring full engagement and earning their trust in Organisation capabilities.
• Ensure the team is adequately trained and equipped to meet the specific needs of HNI clients while upholding organisation's values and ethics.
• Ensure the team maintains proper decorum and strictly adheres to organisation's code of conduct in all client interactions.
• Facilitate ongoing training for the team on new trends, products, and categories to enhance service quality.
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about current trends and industry developments, with the goal of identifying and developing trending products through research and innovation.

Education

Graduate from Premier Design Institute

Skill Set

• 5+ years of experience from industry background of textile Designing/home decor/Interior decoration, etc.
• Prior Experience of handling clients like Interior decorators and Architects.
• Must have experience of handling HNI projects
• Excellent communication skills with a well-groomed and pleasant demeanour
• Strong sense of honesty and integrity, with a commitment to high work ethics.
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Detailed oriented & Comfortable working in a matric environment
