Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

[Client's Company Name] is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Finance to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 10 years of experience, including a strong background in technology implementation. The Director of Finance will be a strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the company’s financial health.

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and financial planning. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Technology Implementation: Lead the implementation of financial systems and technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and operations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and investors. Provide transparent and insightful communication regarding financial performance and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with significant experience in technology implementation.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial management and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
