Estimation Specialist

Location-Gurgaon

1. Technical Estimation Expertise: 

  - Strong understanding of window treatment materials, including fabrics, hardware, and finishes.

  - Proficiency in calculating material usage based on window measurements, embroidery, prints, and custom finishes.

  - Expertise in incorporating value-addition costs, such as embroideries, prints, and custom stitching.

2. Analytical Skills: 

  - Advanced Excel skills to create and analyze cost structures and calculations.

  - Proficiency with industry-standard estimation software used in India, such as CostX or customized ERP systems.

3. Industry Knowledge: 

  - Familiarity with current trends in fabric, finishes, and decorative enhancements in the home decor industry, specifically for curtains and blinds.

  - Knowledge of compliance standards for commercial and residential applications.

4. Attention to Detail:

  - Precision in measurements and cost breakdowns to maintain profitability and minimize project scope changes.

5. Software Proficiency:

  - Proficiency in AutoCAD for accurate interpretation of window dimensions and curtain/blind specifications.

  - Strong MS Excel skills for complex calculations and data management.

  - Familiarity with industry-specific software for project estimation and costing, especially those popular in the Indian market.

6. Interpersonal & Communication Skills: 

  - Ability to collaborate closely with clients, designers, and the project team to ensure all specifications are met.

  - Clear written and verbal communication to present quotations and address queries.
