Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This senior-level, full-time position requires a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and technical expertise, with a proven ability to manage and build high-performing teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (Mandatory skill).
• Previous leadership experience managing engineering teams, preferably in a tech or product-based organisation.
• Excellent technical expertise with a strong background in backend development.
