Design & Project Advisor

Location- Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Mumbai

Designation- DPA

Profile Type- Individual Contributor

As a Design & Project Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to understand project/customers requirement, advising them the perfect design and material to close the deal. Additionally, you will need to ensure the project is delivered as per the customer requirements and the final designs delivers a WOW feeling

• You will be the primary point of contact to understand and assess client requirements.
• Present design ideas and solutions tailored to client needs, aiming to secure deals and contracts.
• Provide prompt responses to client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Build strong client relationships by ensuring full engagement and earning their trust in Organisation’s capabilities.
• Ensure to maintains proper decorum and strictly adheres to Organisations's code of conduct in all client interactions.
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about current trends and industry developments, with the goal of identifying and developing trending products through research and innovation by Organisation.

Graduate from Premier Design Institute

• 5 years of experience from industry background of textile Designing/ home decor/Interior decoration, etc.

Prior Experience of handling clients query

• Excellent communication skills with a well-groomed and pleasant demeanour
• Strong sense of honesty and integrity, with a commitment to high work ethics
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Detailed oriented & Comfortable working in a matric environment.

Experience of handling HNI clients
