sharing, Monetization, Advanced analytics) & identify key gaps and develop maturity assesement

report for uncovering opportunities for improvements across data ecosystem.

 Developed target state for Data Architecture, Data Operating Model, Data Governance framework

and Data Value realization (BI Reporting, Data sharing, Monetization, Advanced analytics)

consuming the key gaps identified best practices, design principles & architecture principles.

 Developed future roadmap with key initiatives as per the client prioritization and needs.

 Should have done Data or AI projects technical implementation in the past

 Desired experience.

o Minimum 5-8 years of experience working with clients on Data AI strategy in the products

industry (Lifesciences, CPG, Industry & Retail). Candidates who have a deep understanding of

Maturity assesement with respect to data ecosystem, Data Architecture, Data Governance

framework, Data Modeling, Data Operating Model and Data Roadmap

o Minimum 5-8 years strong consulting background with a demonstrated ability to lead client

engagements from start to completion. Consulting experience should encompass stakeholder

management and effective communication to ensure successful project delivery.

o Minimum 2-3 project experiences with respect Data AI Strategy in last 1-2 years

o Knowledge understanding AI ; Gen AI that can provide valuable insights and strategic

guidance to clients.

o Minimum 4 years strong working experience Data & AI projects technical implementation in the

past

o Minimum 2 years’ experience in proposing target state data architecture on Cloud utilizing native

services.

o Minimum 2-3 years’ experience on Data or AI projects technical implementation in the past

o Must Have experience Data maturity assessment, logical& technical architecture, Data Modelling

o Must have knowledge on Data governance frameworks & various data archetypes (data lake,

Datawarehouse, data mesh, Data Lakehouse

o Must have knowledge on Cloud and native services -AWS/Azure/ GCP

o Good to have hands on experience in past on Programming languages such as Python, R, SQL

or Pyspark

o Good to have knowledge and understanding of GEN AI models (Open AIGPT, Llama Index,

Mistral etc.)
