Role Overview

Truva is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join the Founder's Office as a Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of supporting senior leadership, managing cross-functional projects, and driving strategic initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Founder and Executive Team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to Truva’s growth.

The CoS is an executive position that typically reports directly to the founder or top executive in the organization. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement org building initiatives with cofounder Ankit Gupta

Implement systems for company expansion to 4 micro markets from 1

Lead and manage key cross functional projects at Truva

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents for executive meetings and board sessions.

Improving operational efficiency and ensuring the company's daily operations run smoothly

Helping the Founders and other executives with strategic decision-making 

Qualifications:

3-6 years of overall professional experience.

Minimum of 1-2 year of experience working in a Founder's Office or similar strategic role.

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

High motivation to build a growing organization

Familiarity with startup environments is a plus.
