Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Category Growth Lead (L3) to join our client in Bengaluru. This is a senior-level, full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience. - Proven experience of at least 7 years in a similar senior-level role focusing on category growth and management.

- Proficiency in market research methodologies to understand market dynamics and consumer behavior.

- Experience in product development, ensuring that new products meet market needs and business objectives.
- Strong marketing strategy skills to position products effectively in the market and drive customer engagement.
- Project management capabilities to oversee and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
