Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Category Growth Lead (L3) to join our client in Bengaluru. This is a senior-level, full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue and profit growth through strategic market analysis and effective category management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of at least 7 years in a similar senior-level role focusing on category growth and management.
  • Extensive expertise in data analysis (Mandatory skill) to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Track record of driving revenue and profit growth (Mandatory skill) through strategic initiatives and market expansion.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies to understand market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Strategic planning skills to develop and execute long-term business strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Experience in product development, ensuring that new products meet market needs and business objectives.
  • Strong marketing strategy skills to position products effectively in the market and drive customer engagement.
  • Project management capabilities to oversee and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of category growth strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize category performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure successful launches.
