Overall P&L for City including but not limited to:
○ Supply Onboarding & Availability (# Drivers, %Available, %Acceptance etc)
○ Customer Experience (Ratings, Escalations, Issue Resolution etc)
○ Customer Retention (Both Driver & Rider)
○ City Operations (E.g. Driver onboarding, engagement, training, improving availability etc)
○ Central Operations (Eg. Call center, Ops product enhancements etc)
○ New City Launch (Stakeholder alignment, Initial supply & demand onboarding etc)
○ Customer Experience (Both Driver & Rider)
Key skills required:
○ End to end operations management
○ Excellent People Leadership Skills
○ Both 0 to 1 and 1 to 100 skillsets
○ Hustler and Bias for Action
○ Problem Solving Mindset
○ Numbers driven – good at data / analytics
○ Collaborate with growth and product teams
○ Fluency in Malayalam language.
○ Bonus: Prior experience of handling ops in Mobility, E-commerce and other digital native businesses
